OK, thanks for providing an example file that illustrated your problem.

I have now installed a new version - 2008.07.22 - of the "LIVE555 
Streaming Media" code that fixes the problem.  Your generated 
Transport Streams should now contain proper PCR timestamps.

Please let me know if this new version works OK for you.
