Tried the win32 version of VLC, and its just fine.

Note I actually used everything documented about OpenRTSP.. tried -4 , 
-q , -i ..... tried saving to the 2 seperate files and then use the 
audio stream.
tried using "-a" to STDOUT .... all gave me pretty much the same 
issue.... most of the time it just couldn't be parsed.

Notice that i quoted: "AAC-HBR" ... while VLC claims: "AAC-SBR", it 
might be the cause? is it even adjustable?
