It does. I don't know why your camera would not be receiving these packets.
Please try instead using "openRTSP"
<http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/> as your client. Please send us
the diagnostic output (printed by "openRTSP") so we can (perhaps)
figure out what is going wrong.
