[Live-devel] whether rtspserver supports Live Streaming(like TV channel)

Not to the "LIVE555 Media Server" as currently written.  However, the 
code of our "testOnDemandRTSPServer" demo application could be 
modified to support this.  Please read the FAQ for details.
