You should do that in your "*Framer" class, *not* by modifying the 
existing "H264VideoRTPSink".

Note, for example, how our existing 
"MPEG1or2VideoStreamDiscreteFramer" class does something similar 
(note the use of the "vshPeriod" parameter).
