I use latest "live555MediaServer" succesfully to stream H.264 in MPEG 
Transport Streams (as in ATSC A/72 standard [0]), though with no index 
(MPEG2TransportStreamIndexer does not work on my tests TS) so no trickplay 
except pause for now.
