NO, my card is not an encoding card, I grab my videocard, get RGB IMAGE, 
and convert it with the library FREEIMAGE.

I have get  the ELPHEL programme . I am working on it, and try to 
integrated it.

OK ,
So, i will compresse  grabbed frames, in JPEG format.

So - despite what you said in your earlier message - you *do* have a 
encoding card.  (JPEG is a compressed image format.)
