For most video codecs, the video width, height, and frame rate are 
encoded within the video data itself (and therefore extracted by the 
video decoder).  They are usually *not* carried by the RTSP protocol 
or within SDP descriptions.

In other words, you need to know how to (at least partially) decode 
your video data.  This is not the right mailing list for discussing 
that.
