[Live-devel] can not play openRTSP dump file

This is a MPEG-4 Video Elementary Stream file.  Few, if any, media 
players are able to play such a file, unfortunately.

However, you can use VLC or QuickTime Player to play the stream 
directly - using the "rtsp://" URL.
