This is a unicast IP address.  You can't (in general) play a unicast 
stream just by reading a SDP description, because the SDP description 
does not, by itself, contain enough information about the stream 
endpoints.  Instead, to play a unicast stream, you usually need to 
use the SIP or RTSP protocols.

If, however, you make your stream multicast (i.e.,  using IP 
multicast addresses), you can probably play it from a SDP description.
