[Live-devel] Need to implement Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) control over RTSP or RTP

Thanks for the input, what would be the proper way to go about 
implementing this? Do I make the modifications and then submit a patch 
back to you, or just implement it in my own build or pay you to do it or 
? . I didn't see any developer guide lines or how to get to your 
CVS/Subversion/whatever repository.
