Sigh...

The pre-built "LIVE555 Media Server" binary application does not 
(currently) support streaming H.264.  However, our RTSP server 
implementation (source code) does support streaming H.264, but you 
need to write some new code of your own to use it (read the FAQ).

Our RTSP client implementation (including the "openRTSP" demo 
application, and media player clients like VLC that use it) supports 
receiving H.264 video over RTP.
