Hi Ross,
I have to send SR reports manually because myrtpsink use a class that 
inherits from rtpsink but uses an infinite loop to read the packets within 
two  temporary buffer files.
(In fact, my application server side don't send SR report packets!)
For this I need to understand how I can from my infinite loop send 
occasionally reports SR to my clients!
