"MPEG4GenericRTPSource" (for receiving).  Note how 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer" streams ".aac" files, for example.

Yes, but currently only u-law, not a-law.  Note how 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer" streams ".wav" files, for example.
