Well, given that that server also uses a proprietary RTP payload 
format that we don't support, you've got bigger problems to deal with 
:-)

Anyway, you are, of course, welcome to add support for the "Speed:" 
header to your copy of the code.  However, adding it to the official 
code release is a very low priority for us.
