[Live-devel] Need more clarification about testMPEG4VideoStreamer.exe application.

As i have mentioned in the last thread....
just check out the "testRelay.exe"  this is the exectly u want. even u dont
need to change the code. It exactly matches ur requirement.

And nxt time post ur counter reply in the same thread.
