Thanks for the report.  I'm currently investigating this.

I haven't come to any firm conclusions yet, but I suspect that there 
may be a problem with the audio that's in your Program Stream file. 
Are you sure that this is MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 audio?  If it's any other 
kind of audio, then this might be causing the problems that you're 
seeing.
