[Live-devel] Problem connecting openRTSP to VLC

I'm new to the subject of RTP and streaming and I plan to use live555 as
part of the application I develop.
My RTP server is VLC player which streams an mp3 file.
When I try to connect with the openRTSP I get an error as follows:
Failed to get a SDP description from URL "rtsp://128.129.83.38:6666":
connect() failed: Unknown error

Can you please help me?
