[Live-devel] Problem faced while using openRTSP and testOnDemandRTSPServer

That's because "testOnDemandRTSPServer" is just a demonstration 
application that uses a few, 'hard-wired' file names.

Unless you want to change the file name(s) in the 
"testOnDemandRTSPServer" code, just continue to use 
"live555MediaServer" instead.
