The fact that the (multicast) packets get delivered to "openRTSP" 
when it's running on the same host, but not when it's running on 
another host, suggests that the problem is with your network 
interface.  In particular, you should make sure that that multicast 
is configured properly for your network interface - i.e., make sure 
you have a route for 224.0.0/4 on that interface.
