I didn't see any problem when I ran "openRTSP" with that URL.  The 
'teardown' was merely the client closing down the stream after the 
end of its 70.70333 second duration (the duration that was specified 
in the stream's SDP description).

Unfortunately I can't help you with your 'audio issues', because our 
software doesn't do any audio (or video) decoding.
