[Live-devel] MPEG2TransportStreamIndexer produces 0 byte index files

Ross - thanks for the assist, here's one of the files I get a 0 bytes index for:

The server's network is slow, so it'll take about 69m to download - sorry, it's the best I can do for bandwidth at the moment.
