[Live-devel] Question about MediaServer+OpenRTSP+VLC

VLC already has our RTSP client code built in.  So you just open
	 rtsp://<http://192.168.1.5:8554/test.mpg>192.168.1.5:8554/test.mpg
in VLC, and you should be able to play your stream.
