Yes - it seems that you're not setting the presentation times 
correctly at the server ends for one or both of the audio and video 
streams.  If you set correct, synchronized presentation times 
(aligned with 'wall clock time) at the server end, and use RTCP, then 
you will get proper time synchronization at the client end.
