[Live-devel] send text message to player

Dear Ross,
 
In my project, administrator can close video connection by specified client IP address, but after closing connection, user at client side only see the screen is freezed, so I want to send a text message to player, shown as "Your connection was closed by VOD administrator!", how can I implement this function? Thanks a lot~
