Our streaming code has trouble with Transport Stream files that are extremely VBR (variable bit rate).  (For files like this, it has trouble figuring out the right times to send the output packets so as to avoid both 'buffer underflow' at the receiver, and 'buffer overflow' (or packet loss) at the receiver.)

Someday we may improve our code to handle such files better, but for now, your best option is to try to encode your Transport Stream files so as to not make them excessively VBR.
