Hi

I am running LIVE555 Media Server version 0.65 (LIVE555 Streaming
Media library version 2011.01.06).

If the server is running on windows (7 pro) and serving a small wav
file. The first rtp packet is not send out on the network and
therefore the client newer recives the first 882 bytes of pcm data.

Running tcpdump on the router and then analyzing the network traffic
in wireshark, reveals that the final RTCP sender report contains a
"Sender's packet count of 78", but the number of RTP packages seen on
the network is only 77. Looking at a dump of the audio on the receiver
shows 882 bytes missing data at the beginning. All remaining RTP
packages is transmitted and received, verified by a look on the RTP
sequence numbers and the audio data received.

When serving the same wav file on Linux (ubuntu 10.10) running the
Media Server, the number of RTP packages send out from the server is
78 as it should be and no audio data is missing

When runnning the windows version of the Media Server through Wine
(v1.2.1) on Linux, the bug is also present.
