[Live-devel] Support for QoS DSCP based

First all, thanks you and all the people who has contributed for being
developed such a nice piece of software.
Now, I would like to know, if it´s possible marking packets using QoS DSCP
based, RFC2474, (I think so) in live555mediaserver implementation RTP-UDP or
RTP-TCP.
According to good practices for DSCP QoS documentation:
for  RTSP DSCP would be CS4 -> 32 Dec -> 100000
for RTP DSCP would be AF31 -> 26 Dec -> 011010

I was digging into the code (specifically MultiFramedRTPSink.cpp) and can
see you´re inserting frames and packing into RTP packets (not founded where
you´re handling RTSP packets yet), so and I´m trying to understand where
would be the best place to insert the code for proper DSCP marking.
