I found my error!

If  you use TCP you have  first send coomand and delete session iterator 
and than
create new session iterator and invoke startPlaying!

I can't change the code incremental. I have to use a new/ohther sink. 

And it works fine if I invoke this code without "-t" option!

I don't know; you're going to have to figure this out for yourself.

Remember, you're starting from code that you know works - the "openRTSP" code.  By making incremental changes to this code, and testing after each change, you should be able to figure out what's wrong.
