[Live-devel] what's the filename extension for the audio file generated by openRTSP

The "audio-MPEG4-GENERIC-2" file is a raw AAC audio file, with no 
header.  Most media players will probably not be able to play this 
file, unless it is given a header (e.g., an ADTS header), which our 
software (currently) does not do when it writes the file.
