Perhaps you're not doing it right.  Or perhaps your firewall is 
causing more problems.  But, in any case, I really don't care, 
because you also said (in your first message) that 
"live555MediaServer" - streaming unicast via RTSP/RTP - worked OK for 
you.  So that is what you should be using.  RTSP is the best way to 
set up unicast streams; do not fight it.
