First, get our software running on iOS.  Then, use our RTSP server 
implementation (you could use the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" demo 
application as a model) to stream your input media.  (See the FAQ for 
how to adapt the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" code to use a live input 
source.)
