[Live-devel] How to stream bit map over RTSP?

Hello

Sorry my bad english, i'm from Russia. 
How i can stream over RTSP just JPEG file or a user-defined bitmap object?
I need whole application example or example code
for creation a server and sending to doEventLoop()
I would not take much time, 
so I want to ask links to forum threads or more info.
