Sorry, but the "liveCaster" application is no longer supported (and its source code was not made available, because it used a lot of custom GUI code).

Instead, you should use the "testMP3Streamer" demo application, whose code is available as part of the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code: http://www.live555.com/liveMedia/
