[Live-devel] RTCPInstance error: Hit limit when reading incoming packet over TCP. Increase "maxRTCPPacketSize"

I was wrong, problem is sometimes appears. After 2012.11.28 update, first
start/stop playing stream in media player goes well, but second stop causes
this error in proxy.
