Because you've made your own custom modifications to the "testRTSPClient" code, it's hard for me to tell what might be going wrong.  So you need to start first with the original, unmodified "testRTSPClient" code.

I suggest going back to that code, and verifying - in the implementation of the (second) "DummySink::afterGettingFrame()" function - that "fReceiveBuffer" is getting reasonable-looking data.  Then, and only then, you can think about replacing "DummySink" with your own "MediaSink" subclass - using the existing "DummySink" code as a model.  As you do this, it should be easy to figure out which of your changes is causing your code to fail.
