It appears the server IP is set up in ourIPAddress, of course it picks the wrong one.

It doesn't pick the 'wrong' one; it just picks a different one from the one that you wanted :-)

The easiest way to ensure that one particular interface is chosen is to make that interface the one for which multicast routing is enabled - i.e., the interface that has a route for 224.0.0.0/4
