Does "openRTSP" send a "TEARDOWN" command at all (to explicitly close the stream)?  If not, the problem is not that 'openRTSP stops receiving data'; the problem is that 'the server (your Panasonic camera) stops sending data'.

It appears that the server (the camera) is timing out the connection, for some reason.  However, because you say that the server is receiving periodic RTCP "RR" packets from the client, there should be no reason for the server to time out the connection.

You should contact your server manufacturer (Panasonic) to find out why the server stops sending data.
