A VOB file is just a special kind of MPEG Program Stream file - one that contains AC-3 audio instead of MPEG-1 or 2 audio.  It it demultiplexed using a "MPEG1or2Demux".

If you're curious, I suggest that you review the code for the "testVOBStreamer" demo application (in "testProgs").
