[Live-devel] live555proxy as dll library. System.AccessViolationException when server closing

I got latest source code, yes "RTCPInstance error: Hit limit when reading
incoming packet over TCP. Increase "maxRTCPPacketSize" has ceased to appear
at first play/stop. But second stop still generates error. Exceptions in
this release also saved.
