[Live-devel] Segmentation fault after TEARDOWN

OK, I have just installed a new version (2013.04.29) of the code that should - I think - fix this problem.

(The problem was introduced in version 2013.04.21 when I added Colin Caughie's optimization for handling RTP-over-TCP channels.  That optimization worked well, except that in some cases it could have caused a just-deleted structure to be accessed.  This should now be fixed.)
