[Live-devel] New LIVE555 version, fixes a bug in Matroska/WebM file parsing

If you have a RTSP server that's streaming from Matroska or WebM files (or are parsing these files for some other purpose), then you should upgrade to the latest version (2013.08.16) of the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code; it fixes a bug in the parsing of 8-byte float values within these files.
