If you had read the FAQ (as everyone is asked to do before posting to the mailing list), you would have realized that if you modify the supplied source code, you can expect *no* support on this mailing list (especially for people, like you, who use unprofessional email addresses).
The "testMPEGTransportStreamer" application transmits its data over RTP packets - which, by default, are carried in UDP packets. You cannot simply change the output socket to a TCP socket, because there would be no way for the receiver to know where each RTP packet begins and ends.
It *is* possible to transmit this data over TCP, but only if you enable the application's built-in RTSP server, and use a RTSP client that explicitly requests RTP-over-TCP streaming.
However, because your email address announces to the world that you are just a casual hobbyist rather than a serious professional, this will be my last posting on this topic.
