You just switched on the light!! I was not aware of this flag, even though
I vaguely remember coming across it in my reading, I forgot it again
without realizing its context.  I spent hours trying to figure out if I was
missing a whole piece of logic, and this is all it took - thank you, sir!
 If this wasn't a public forum, I'd ask your city & preferences to make
sure you get a nice Groupon or whatever flies in your district.  I was
dreading another day of slogging over the same codes and forums again.
