[Live-devel] JPEG quanrizer tables origin

Hi, everybody!

Could you tell me the origin of 'luma' and 'chroma' quantizer tables  
specified at JPEGVideoRTPSource.cpp? They are differ from tables specified  
at RFC2435. But some IP cameras working correctly only with this tables.  
So where are they from?
