Yes, your client (VLC) is sending a TEARDOWN. I don't know why; did you click the 'stop' button? Or perhaps it sent a TEARDOWN because it didn't receive any RTP data, for some reason. I notice that you're using an old version of VLC - one that uses a very old version (2011.12.23) of our client library. You should upgrade it. Or else (because this is not a VLC mailing list :-) use one of our own RTSP client applications instead - e.g., "openRTSP" (perhaps with the "-t" option if you want RTP-over-TCP). See http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/
Apart from that, the proxy server appears to be working OK. (I didn't see any 454 errors.)
