[Live-devel] patch for Amino STB - JMACX

Hello,

I am using live media server for streaming to Amino STBs. I found out
that some Amino API calls could be easily satisfied. Please find
attached patch to latest code (live555-latest.tar.gz).
It implements support for GetDuration and GetPosition (GetPos)
Amino API.
