The “*Streamer” demo applications stream via IP multicast - and therefore should be used only if you have IP multicast connectivity between the server and client(s).

The “testOnDemandRTSPServer” RTSP server (and the “LIVE555 Media Server” product) stream via unicast - separately to each client.


> 3. which model is better to use if it is required to stream encoded frame (H.265/H.264/MPEG-4) from live source ?  

For casual hobbyists like you, I suggest using “testOnDemandRTSPServer” as a model (and of course the FAQ).
