[Live-devel] RTSP stream of webm-file on windows machines

The problem with this file is that its VP8 video configuration string was extremely large, and was hitting the RTSP server’s buffer limit.

I’ve now installed a new version (2014.10.20) of the “LIVE555 Streaming Media” software that fixes this.
