First, NPT is completely irrelevant here; it has nothing to do with audio/video synchronization.  NPT simply represents the 'time within the currently-playing clip' - i.e., analogous to a VCR display.  As you can see, it's aligned with "presentation time", which is the only thing you should be concerned with here.

Your problem is the sudden jump (more than 7 seconds) in presentation time - in the video stream only - from 1410784970.163530 to 1410784977.533251.  That problem seems to be occurring at the server end.  Your server is apparently producing this jump in presentation times (again, in the video stream only).  So that's what you need to debug - i.e., try to find out why your server is generating this jump in presentation times.
